We made our first cheese using the donated cheese vat!
Dear donors,
It took all these years to complete the project but we finally made it and we wouldn't make it without your help.
The custom-made 32 gallons cheese vat is at the Creamery (it made its way from the Netherlands during the pandemic), it was installed a few weeks ago by our wonderful staff in Ag Operations and we made cheese for the first time last week.
We are extremely grateful for your support and excited to explore cheesemaking practices with our students in the coming future.
