Help Increase Hands-on Learning in the Creamery

The Department of Food Science and Nutrition's dedicated Faculty work diligently to teach Fresno State students how to make safe and tasty food. Our students produce jam, salsas, bread, and ice cream, among many other amazing products.

One of our labs, The Creamery, is in need of buying a cheese vat to teach students how to make different types of cheese like queso fresco, mozzarella, cheddar and many other yummy flavors!

This piece of equipment would represent a milestone in the program as our students will learn how to produce and sell delicious cheese at the Fresno State Gibson Farm Market.

Please help us reach our goal to allow us to continue to educate students and provide delicious farm-to-table treats for our community!
