Dear donors, friends, and colleagues,

Here's a quick update for this campaign => We have surpassed our goal in less than two weeks! You are all amazing, and I know your gifts came from the heart to honor Dr. Walton's legacy on our campus. When we set an initial goal for this campaign, I actually considered $5K to fund a full decade of awards to our students. We scaled that back to make the goal more achievable, but now it's time to stretch and build toward that higher goal. That means we will keep talking about Dr. Walton, his generosity and mentorship, and the inspiration he still provides to recognize academic excellence and support our outstanding students. Thank you for all that you've given, big kudos to everyone who has participated, and we will keep you in the loop with our continuing progress in the campaign.
